If there are yard lights or any visible electrical or telephone boxes, it means that there are underground utility lines at this location. If this is the case, the realtor or the homeowner must call SDGE and PAC BELL to have them mark the location of the underground utilities, prior to ordering the sign post installation. By placing this order you accept full responsibility for locating and identifying all utility lines, including sprinkler systems.

The agent bears full responsibility for prompt return of posts, riders, sign hooks, flyer boxes, etc. Agents and homeowners are strictly forbidden from moving or removing our installed posts. If posts and materials are not recovered on the first trip, additional fees apply. If post is not ordered removed immediately after closing, and or post cannot be recovered after a strong effort, additional fees apply, Agent is responsible for knowing prior to ordering if posts are permissible at installation address. All vacant land most have locator stakes in place by agent prior to placing an installation order.

After Initial 6 month post rental, $15.00 charge for additional 6 months rental will be applied.

During times of high fuel costs(high=$4.00+gal.)there may be an additional fuel surcharge.
